Working With The Anxious Client
Facilitated by Joy Oakley
7th May 2011 at The White Rock Hotel, Hastings
WORKING WITH THE ANXIOUS CLIENT
Anxiety is a universal psychological and physical state, which affects
* our feelings
* our thinking
* our behaviour
It may go from a mild feeling of worry to extreme apprehension; it may be a passing mood, or it may define a person's life.
Unlike stress, it is often difficult to identify the triggers of an anxious mood.
This workshop will be an opportunity to explore these issues, especially through experiential exercises and activities.
Handouts will give details of these, for use with clients.
